Effective immediately, all sales of cannabis products are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis items, including but not limited to flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals. This policy is in place for all purchases, whether made in-store or online.

Return Policy for Accessories

At Silly Bear Cannabis, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance. For accessories, we offer a tailored return policy as follows:

Accessories can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase if they are in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Opened accessories are not eligible for return.

This return policy applies universally to all accessory purchases made both in-store and online. We strictly adhere to this policy without exceptions.
